that may be received to Your Lordship.

I trust Your Lordship will now see fit to

press on the War Office the surrender to the Colonial

Goverment of the area of 81,693 square feet required for

the proposed road at North Point on a sum of $16,340 being

credited to the War Department in the Military Lands

Account.
